“Hi, I’m Chris. I know life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences or daily stress make it hard to feel like yourself. Maybe you have been carrying things for a long time, trying to keep it together, but inside it feels exhausting. You are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out by yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and start to unpack what has been weighing on you. Healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and free to be honest about what you have been through and how it is affecting you now.

I use approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you process painful experiences, quiet self-doubt, and reconnect with a sense of calm and confidence. Therapy is about rediscovering your own strength and building the tools to move forward.

If you are ready to begin healing, or even just curious about what that might look like, I am here to walk beside you.
