“Hi, I’m Brandy, and if you are here, you may be carrying something heavy and perhaps ready to ask for support. Whether it is reprocessing something from the past, managing an overwhelming present, or feeling anxious and uncertain about the future, you do not have to go it alone.

Feeling safe in an empathetic therapeutic relationship can be key. I believe that healing is a process of returning to yourself mind, body, spirit. I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s most difficult transitions with resilience and grace. While I have a special interest in supporting those navigating complex trauma, my practice is open to anyone ready to process experiences that have left them feeling “stuck.”

What makes my approach distinct is how I bridge the gap between traditional talk therapy and somatic embodiment. With 15 years of experience as a certified (E-RYT 500) yoga and mindfulness teacher and as anAyurvedic Health Coach (AHC 200), I understand the wisdom that your body already holds. As an artist with an MFA from Columbia College Chicago, I bring a unique lens to our work, weaving together creative and somatic disciplines to help you re-author your unique experiences.

Using EMDR and evidence-based somatic interventions, we will help your nervous system feel both adaptive and safe. My commitment is to provide a clinically grounded, compassionate space where your truth is heard, processed, and ultimately healed.
