Sarah Bowling is an EMDR Therapist and Social Worker who received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University. Sarah supports clients to live their best life despite past traumatic or stressful experiences. As an empathetic, detail-attentive, and trauma-informed clinical Social Worker, she incorporates the body, brain, and mind when helping clients overcome their psychological and emotional wounds. Sarah has a passion for healing and supporting clients to live a healthier and more meaningful life. Sarah’s clients have successfully overcome anxiety, depression, bullying, unhealthy relationships with others and themselves, and racial and cultural discrimination. Her clinical approach is grounded in attachment theory and neurobiology. Sarah incorporates components of psychodynamic theory, internal family system (IFS), somatic experiencing (SE), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, meditation, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
